Be sure to take full advantage of our spa's wellness facilities. Access to the SeaHill’s Spa facility is complimentary with any 50-minute spa treatment on the day of service. Guests with services that begin prior to 2pm have access to the spa from open until to 2pm.  Guests with services that commence after 2pm would have spa access from 2pm until close. Soak up the following benefits:


Enhance your health…Himalayan salt serves as a natural ionizer, thanks to salt’s hygroscopic properties. When heated, the Himalayan salt crystals attract moisture on the salt block surface, and as that moisture evaporates, negative ions are emitted. The negatively charged ions from heated Himalayan salt serve to purify the circulating air.


Tension fades. Muscles unwind. Mentally, we emerge relaxed, revived and ready for whatever the day may bring. Spend 10-20 minutes in our sauna to receive the following benefits:

• Relief of muscle and joint pain • Increased blood circulation • Detoxification of toxins and metabolic waste due to the thermal heat • Effective in helping sleep deprivation • Helps with weight loss


Relax and detoxify. Spend 5-10 minutes in the mens' or ladies' steam rooms to receive the following benefits:

Please take at least a 5-10-minute cool down between the various facilities. We recommend you drink plenty of water, so you are well hydrated before, during and after heat exposure; we have a variety of flavored water throughout the spa for your benefit. Although the time limits mentioned are a general rule, it is extremely important to be conscious of your own body while using the facility. If you begin to feel overly tired, nauseous, dizzy or uncomfortable in any way, you should leave the facility immediately. Sit in an area with fresh air and drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate and bring your body back to normal temperature. If you have any health conditions, you should speak with your physician before utilizing the facilities.
